Breast Augmentation

Breast Augmentation; The operation is applied to people with small breasts (after the age of 18-20), who have completed the puberty period and are suitable for the operation.

A well done operation does not cause a permanent loss of sensation, does not impede breastfeeding, and does not affect the results of mammography and ultrasonography intended for screening and diagnosis. The essentiality of breast augmentation is to obtain breasts with the desired size and beauty, and carry out the process without complication, loss of feeling, and damage to milk ducts.

Significant progresses have been made in the technology, fillers, durability, and shape of silicon used in breast augmentation. Only fullness was considered in the past, but now silicones selected according to the person’s body sizes are placed.

Silicon placed both under the muscle and breast tissue (dual plane) by means of the development in the surgical techniques combines the advantages of the two settlement areas; and consequently, allows for obtaining a more natural and voluminous breast shape.

Location of incision in prosthesis surgeries.
1- periareolar (around the nipple, the joint area of the normal skin and dark skin),

2- submammary (bottom line, which is the joint area of breast tissue and the body),

3- sub-axillary (armpit) and

4- umbilical (through the belly-button). And its layouts are subglandular (under the breast tissue), submuscular (under pectoral muscle) or dual plan (using the both plans).

Interventions from around the areola (from the junction of the normal skin and dark skin around nipple) constitute a plan, in which we are very close to the details in the operation area, and it is a cosmetic choice with an accession point that will not be visible later.
